Gardaí question five in connection with one of State's biggest drug hauls
Gardaí are continuing to question five men in connection with what has been described as one of the largest cocaine seizures in the history of the State.
Up to €10m worth of the drug was seized yesterday when Gardaí carried out a search at a warehouse in Bartlemy in Cork.
A 56-year-old German national and a 45-year-old Irish man were arrested at the premises.
In follow-up raids in Cork and Dublin, another three men were arrested - two Irish men aged 42 and 65 and a 46-year-old Hungarian national.
All five are being held under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act at a number of Garda stations in Cork and Dublin.
