Three arrested in connection with Ballymun murder

Three people have been arrested in connection with the murder of a 28-year-old man in Dublin last month.

Thomas McDonagh was gunned down at St. Margarets Park in Ballymun on the third of September.

Gardai investigating the killing yesterday carried out searches at ten premises in Dublin and Meath.

They arrested two men - aged 25 and 37 - and a 27-year-old woman for questioning at Ballymun and Santry Garda stations.

Gardaí are also renewing their appeal for anyone with information to come forward.
