PRTB offers reminder to renting students

Students are being reminded of their rights and responsibilities when it comes to renting, ahead of the new college term.

The Private Residential Tenancies Board (PTRB) is advising them to choose flatmates very carefully and reminding them that they face prosecution if they fail to pay their rent.
