Double murderer agrees to return to Britain
A double murderer who skipped probation in the UK has agreed to return to Britain following his detention in Wicklow on a European Arrest Warrant.
Ian Kentzer received two life sentences in 1991 after he admitted killing his 92-year-old grandmother and 89-year-old great aunt by torching their home in Sheffield.
