Aruba Networks to create 40 jobs in Cork
Forty new jobs are to be created at Aruba Networks in Cork today.
The US firm, which provides next-generation network access solutions for the mobile enterprise, says the new roles will come on stream over the next four years.
Minister for Enterprise Richard Bruton welcomed the announcement.
“If Ireland is to turn the corner and get employment growing again, one vital part of this will be retaining and building on our traditional strengths,” Minister Bruton said.
“I am delighted to announce on the first full day of my trade mission to the USA that another world-leading ICT company is choosing to locate its international headquarters in Ireland.
“Today’s announcement demonstrates once again the crucial importance of our low corporation tax, our skilled workforce and our existing base of hi-tech companies, and I am determined to build on those strengths to get jobs growth moving again.”
