Organisation recommends changes in management of sex offenders

A new report on the management of sex offenders in the North has urged for victims to be kept at the heart of any public protection arrangements.

The Criminal Justice Inspection for Northern Ireland has commended many developments in public protection when it comes to sex offenders, but it has recommended that potentially dangerous people should be included in the work of the PPANI - the organisation responsible for public protection.
