Commuters urged to use public transport as traffic restrictions begin

Commuters in Dublin are being urged to use public transport today and over the coming days, as traffic restrictions are put in place for the Queen's visit.

Parts of the N4, M50 and the Quays in Dublin will be closed before and after the Queen's arrival in Dublin this afternoon.
