The Supreme Court has ruled that property investor Paddy McKillen has a right to be informed by NAMA of any intention to acquire his bank assets.

The seven-judge court was ruling on issues arising from Mr McKillen's challenge to the agency's decision to acquire €2.1bn of his loans.
