Gardaí investigate botched raid on cash van

Gardaí in Dublin are trying to track down a man after a botched raid on a cash-in-transit van today.

Officers were alerted to the incident on George's Street at around 1.30pm this afternoon.

The man, who escaped empty-handed, is described as five feet 10 inches in height and in his 40s.
