Protest to call for return of Missing Children's Hotline

A protest will take place outside Leinster House in Dublin later calling for the implementation of the EU's Missing Children's Hotline in Ireland.

The phone number - 116000 - was agreed in 2009 with all member States due to have it fully operational by the May 25 this year.
