A coroners court in Dublin has heard that a young mother died from hypothermia at a flat in Ballymun last winter after Dublin City Council allegedly turned off the communal heating.

On Friday, Dublin City Coroners Court heard that Rachel Peavoy was found dead in the bed of her flat on January 11, 2010, by her brother and friend.
