Legal teams to challenge appointment of Moriarty Tribunal lawyers

Legal teams for two businessmen are to go to the High Court this afternoon to challenge the appointment of a new lawyer for the Moriarty Tribunal.

The inquiry today announced former Tánaiste Michael McDowell will assume the role of special counsel to the tribunal.
