Begg: Cuts-based approach to Budget ‘delusional’

The General Secretary of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions said today that the Government is delusional if it proceeds with a cuts-based approach to this year's Budget.

It follows comments by the Taoiseach in which he rejected suggestions that the 2014 deadline for the Budget adjustment can be pushed back by two years.
