A charge of dangerous driving causing the death of two teenagers was brought against a man who made an unsuccessful bail application today.

Philip Murphy (aged 40), of 58 Killala Gardens, Cork, was back in Cork District Court, where he was already facing a charge of falsely imprisoning Darren Lenehan at Hollywood Estate, Blarney, Co Cork, on Thursday May 13, contrary to the Non-fatal Offences Against the Person Act.
