Heritage Golf & Spa goes into receivership

A Laois hotel and golf resort has gone into receivership today.

The Heritage Golf & Spa resort in Killenard has confirmed its appointed Kieran Wallace of KPMG as its receiver, following a request from a secured creditor.

The hotel , championship golf course and resort spa will remain open for business and all customer bookings and deposits will be honoured.

The firm also says all 150 of its staff will continue to be employed.
