McLoone: Cowen 'must get off his backside'

The outgoing leader of IMPACT Peter McLoone has said the Taoiseach must "get off his backside" to help deliver a truely integrated public sector.

Mr McLoone was speaking at the union's biennnial conference in Kilkenny where Shay Cody has been ratified as his successor.
