O'Reilly 'concerned' that work of NAMA will not be accessible to public
The Information Commissioner has raised concern that the work of NAMA will not be accessible under the Freedom of Information Act.
In her annual report for 2009, Emily O'Reilly was also critical of the fact that the work of some public bodies has been removed from the umbrella of FOI legislation.
