A 3% increase in payroll tax could offer equal healthcare access to everyone, including free GP care and drugs, a new study has claimed.

The report, published by Trinity College and the Adelaide Hospital Society, says it would cost a single person on €25,000 a year just €20 extra a month for a top-class health service.
