Internet auction firm eBay is to create at least 100 new jobs at its base in Dublin.

Taoiseach Brian Cowen will announce the move at the eBay operation in Blanchardstown later.

The eBay investment is being supported by IDA Ireland, which is due to announce more job creation initiatives in the coming weeks.
