Andrews: Guidelines will ensure 'lessons are learned'

The Childrens' Minister Barry Andrews has said new guildlines to be published next week will bring an end to delays in the publication of reports into the deaths of children in State care.

A panel of experts is also to be established to review cases where children died while in the care of the health services.
