Deadlock remains in North's crisis talks
Taoiseach Brian Cowen and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown are to hold a second day of talks today in a bid to rescue the North's crisis-hit power-sharing government.
The pair led negotiations with the Democratic Unionists and Sinn Féin at Hillsborough Castle, Co Down, on the devolution of policing and justice powers into the early hours of this morning.
