Bail for youth charged with attempted murder

A Dublin youth, who has been charged with attempted murder over a suspected hit-and-run which left a man brain damaged, was remanded on bail today pending the preparation of a book of evidence.

The 24-year-old victim from the Bluebell area, in south Dublin, has remained hospitalised with brain injuries after he was knocked down at around midday on April 19 last.
