Three arrested in connection with foiled cash van raid

Gardaí have today arrested three men in connection with a suspected attempt to rob a cash-in-transit van.

Gardaí from the organised crime unit and the emergency response unit swooped on a stolen van near a hotel in Johnstownbridge, Co Kildare at about 9am this morning.
