Reform of Oireachtas expenses, 500 new teaching posts and the scrapping of plans to roll-out third level fees are some of the highlights of the revised Programme for Government revealed today.
The Green Party have voted on the document, with the result expected within the next hour. It is expected to pass, given the positive reaction of delegates today.
