Govt under pressure to publish Bord Snip report

The Government is coming under pressure to publish the recommendations of the body set up to examine ways to cut billions of euro in public spending.

An Bord Snip Nua, which was chaired by economist Colm McCarthy, presented its proposals to Finance Minister Brian Lenihan yesterday.
