Two die on Dublin and Wicklow roads

Two people have been killed in separate road crashes in Dublin and Wicklow.

The first happened shortly before 3.30pm this afternoon on the Cardiffsbridge road in Finglas when a motorbike and an SUV collided.

The dead man was one of two people on the motorbike.

The other man was taken to the Mater hospital with serious injuries.

Meanwhile, in Wicklow a four-vehicle crash resulted in the death of a man in his 30s.

The collision, which involved two cars and two SUVs, happened at Mullachagh on the N81 near Hollywood Cross.
