Gilmore warns public servants against strike action

Labour leader Eamon Gilmore has warned public servants against taking industrial action that could alienate them from the wider public.

Mr Gilmore told an IMPACT conference in Portlaoise this morning that public servants concerned about government cutbacks need to win over the public and show they want to help get the country out of the current economic mess.
