Gardaí and HSE sign protocol on missing children

A new initiative is being launched today in an effort to reduce the number of children who go missing while in state care.

The Gardaí and the Health Service Executive have signed a joint protocol which sets out the roles of both organisations to protect such children and return them to safety as soon as possible.
