TEEU calls on Health Minister to resign

The Technical Engineering and Electrical Union is calling on Mary Harney to step down as Health Minister.

The Union said she has failed the country by not reforming the health service.

It comes as the organisation's biennial conference continues in Dublin today.

TEEU General Secretary Designate Eamon Devoy said she should step aside and allow someone else to take over.
