Appeal for help tracing convicted sex offender

Gardaí and police in the North have issued appeals for the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of a convicted sex offender.

Ernest George Finlay – who is 53 – has breached his post-custody conditions and is considered a risk to members of the public.
