The trial of an Irish man charged with killing his wife while on holiday in Spain eight years ago was postponed today because of a bomb scare.

39-year-old Dermot McArdle of Brockfield, Heynestown in Dundalk, Co Louth is alleged to have pushed his wife Kelly Ann Corcoran from a balcony on the first night of their holiday in Marbella in February 2000. He denies the charges.
