Gardaí investigate death of farmer after alleged assault

Gardaí in Co Cork are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a farmer at Cork University Hospital yesterday evening.

The 65-year-old was taken to hospital following an alleged assault on him and his brother at Mount Rivers in Ryland yesterday afternoon.
