McAleese urges everyone to read up and vote on Lisbon
President Mary McAleese has urged everyone to vote in next week's referendum on the Lisbon Treaty.
She was speaking at an event in the UK for the relatives of those killed in an IRA attack in Warrington in 1993.
President McAleese said it was important that people use their vote and that everyone should read everything available from the referendum commission.
Earlier, the President held a private meeting with the Jonathan Ball Foundation which was set up following the bomb in Warrington, in which two young boys were killed and 56 people were injured.
