Gardaí release names of Donegal crash victims

Gardaí have released the names of a mother and daughter killed in Co Donegal.

Martina McLernon (45), and 15-year-old Louise McLernon, both from Toome in Co Antrim, died when they were struck by a car at Meenacuinn in Bunbeg at around 8.30pm on Saturday night.

Meanwhile, a woman remains in a critical condition in hospital following a four-car crash in Co Kerry.

The accident happened on the main Killarney to Tralee Road on Saturday afternoon.
