Dublin gardaí seize €400k of smuggled goods

Counterfeit goods and DVDs worth around €400,000 have been discovered in north county Dublin.

Gardai uncovered around 30,000 DVDs, printers, TVs, photocopying machines, disk burning devices and other audio-related equipment following a search of a house on the Naul road in Balbriggan on Thursday.

Two vehicles were also seized.

The scene has been technically examined.

The Garda operation is part of an ongoing crackdown on the counterfeiting trade.
