Man dies in industrial accident in Limerick

A man has died following an industrial accident in Co Limerick.

The incident occurred at a waste management company in Grange around 11am yesterday morning.

The victim, who was in his 60's, was taken by ambulance to the Mid-Western Regional Hospital with serious injuries but he died a short time later.

Gardaí and the Health Authority are investigating the incident.
