Substantial drugs haul in Louth

Cocaine, ecstasy tables, cannabis resin and cannabis plants have been discovered in Co Louth tonight in what gardaí have described as a substantial haul.

The find was made at premises on the Termonfeckin road in Drogheda at around 5pm.

The scene has been preserved for technical examination while no arrests have as yet been made.

The potential value of the haul has yet to be determined as the operation is continuing this evening.
