Shots fired during attempted robbery in Dublin

Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a man in connection with an attempted robbery in which a number of shots were fired last night.

A couple and their two adult sons were held at gunpoint during the incident at a house in the Virginia Heights area of Tallaght.
