Dolores McNamara's son seriously hurt after jumping from window

Gardaí in Limerick are investigating an incident during which a man received serious injuries after jumping out of the upstairs window of a house.

Reports this morning say the man was Gary McNamara, the son of Euromillions winner Dolores McNamara.

The incident happened at a house in Castleview in Castleconnell at around 11pm last night.

The man apparently jumped from the window when gardaí arrived on the scene in response to a panic alarm that was activated in the house.

The man suffered two broken legs and is being treated at the Mid-Western Regional Hospital.
