Gardaí seize large heroin haul in North East
Gardaí have seized heroin worth €3m in the North East.
The haul was uncovered when they stopped a jeep on the N2 Dublin to Derry road near Collon at about 2pm this afternoon.
Two men have been arrested and are being held for questioning at Navan garda station.
The discovery was made during a joint operation involving local gardaí and members of the National Drugs Unit.
