HSE job freeze row to be referred to Labour Court

The row over the HSE's controversial recruitment freeze is to be referred to the Labour Court following the breakdown of talks this morning.

The HSE and health service unions had met for further discussions at the Labour Relations Commission, but failed to resolve their differences.
