Body found in apartment in Clontarf area of Dublin

Gardaí are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man whose body was found at an apartment in the Clontarf area of Dublin yesterday afternoon.

The body was discovered at around 2.30pm in a residence on Seafield Road East, but details only emerged last night.

The scene has been sealed off for forensic examination and a post mortem will be carried out later to determine the cause of the man's death.
