M3 protestors to create human harp for photo on Hill of Tara

Hundreds of people are expected to turn up at the Hill of Tara this afternoon to create the image of a harp.

Renowned aerial artist John Quigley, who has created similar aerial human images in the Artic and the Amazon, will direct the event.
