Shot fired at front door of house in Dublin

Gardaí are investigating a gun attack on a house in south Co Dublin this morning.

A shot was fired at the front door of the house on Lambay Drive in Ballybrack just before 6am before a car was heard speeding away from the scene.

The house was occupied at the time, but nobody was injured.

A technical examination is being carried out at the house and witnesses are being asked to come forward.
