Gardaí in Co Kerry are preparing a file for the Director of Public Prosecutions following the discovery of a cannabis plantation in a privately owned forest near Killarney.

More than 100 cannabis plants were found in the area and Gardaí say they would have been worth €1,000 each when harvested.
