Lowry elected on first count in Tipperary North
Ex Fine Gael minister Michael Lowry has topped the poll in Tipperary North.
He got 12,919 first preferences votes on a quota of 11,108 while Fianna Fáil's Michael Smith was second on 7,871 votes.
