A vehicle maintenance company responsible for the upkeep of a school bus that overturned killing five schoolchildren knew its anti-lock braking system was not working, a court heard today.

Keltank Ltd was contracted by the state-owned Bus Éireann to service and maintain a 13-year-old coach used as a school bus in Co Meath when it crashed in 2005.
