Council claims incinerator plans are still on track

Dublin City Council has released a statement disputing claims by the Tánaiste that plans for the controversial Poolbeg Incinerator in Dublin's Ringsend have collapsed.

Michael Mc Dowell, who's a local TD, issued a statement earlier today hailing the decision as a "victory for local democracy".
