McDowell says porn case does not require action on his part

The Tánaiste and Minister for Justice Michael McDowell has said the garda inaction over Irish links to an international child porn ring does not require any action on his part.

The Gardaí have confirmed that they received information from the Austrian authorities last August about two Irish suspects who paid to access illegal images on the Internet.
