Ahern to meet Palestinian and Israeli officials in Middle East

Minister for Foreign Affairs Dermot Ahern is due to meet the Palestinian President and Israel's Foreign Minister today as part of a four-day trip to the Middle East.

Mr Ahern is expected to use the talks to express Ireland's support for the latest moves to revive the peace process in the region.
